nexora-ea.com is published by Nexora Real Estate, Office 1104, Al Diwan Tower B, Ajman Corniche, Ajman, UAE. It exists to introduce the company, to publish general information about UAE property, and to let you contact us. It is not a transaction platform: nothing on it can be bought, reserved or paid for online.

Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to invest, a valuation, or professional legal, tax or financial advice. Any property information, price or timeline shown here is indicative and subject to change and to availability at the time you ask. A binding relationship between us begins only when a signed agreement says so.

Using the site

  • Use it lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Don't send us anything through the contact form that you do not have the right to send, and don't submit someone else's contact details as your own.
  • Don't copy our text, photographs, drawings or branding for another brokerage's use.

Intellectual property

The Nexora name, the arch and wave mark, the tagline, the site’s text and its photographs belong to Nexora Real Estate unless credited otherwise. You may quote or link to a page with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale.

Third-party links

This site links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Nexora is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the obligations we take on in a signed brokerage agreement with you.

Regulation

Nexora Real Estate is a licensed brokerage operating under the rules of the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Licence number [ARRA NUMBER]. You are entitled to ask any broker in the UAE to show you a current broker card, and you should.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
