Who we are

Nexora Real Estate (“Nexora”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate brokerage registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with its office at Office 1104, 11th Floor, Al Diwan Tower B, Ajman Corniche. For anything in this policy you can reach us at info@nexora-ea.com or +971 56 454 5578.

This policy explains how we handle personal information on nexora-ea.com. It is written to reflect UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Visitors never need an account, and no tracking profile is built on this site.

• Contact form: your name, the phone number or email address you give us, whether you are in the UAE, and the message you write. It is stored in our own customer records system (CRM) so the person handling your enquiry can see its history.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and availability. We do not use these to identify you.
• Language preference: stored in your own browser so the site opens in the language you last chose. It never leaves your device.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To send you property information, viewing arrangements and documents connected to that enquiry.
• To keep the records a licensed brokerage is required to keep for transactions we complete with you.
• To improve how the site and our service work.

We do not send marketing messages to people who only asked a question. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be a separate, deliberate opt-in.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is read by the Nexora team. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with other brokers or advertisers.

• Form delivery: the contact form is saved directly in our own system on our hosting. Only if that system is unavailable is it relayed through a third-party form service, which processes the message in transit only.
• Email and hosting providers: who store the message once it reaches us.
• Regulators, banks, developers and registrars: only where a transaction you have instructed us on requires it, or where UAE law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep them, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@nexora-ea.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry messages is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, bank details or copies of identity documents through the contact form — we will never ask for them there.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
